What you'll do
- Design and develop Java-based software capabilities using Spring Framework and modern enterprise patterns
- Architect RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions that meet government client requirements
- Integrate AI coding agents (Claude Code, Gemini) into daily workflows for multi-file feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and automated test generation
- Audit agent-generated code for security, performance, and architectural alignment across complex, multi-repository applications
- Troubleshoot complex systems under pressure and manage multiple concurrent deadlines in an agile environment
- Maintain and stay current with emerging software development technologies and next-generation tooling
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions meeting federal standards
