What you'll do
- Design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software capabilities using modern frameworks (Spring, Guava) and microservices architecture
- Build and maintain Kubernetes deployments using Helm, Flux, and custom tooling; manage infrastructure as code
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and enterprise-grade web services meeting client requirements
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on engineering teams; balance hands-on execution with team guidance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues under pressure while managing multiple deadlines in a hybrid environment
- Stay current with emerging trends in software development and implement CI/CD automation using configuration management tools (Git, Maven, Nexus)
- Work in an agile environment with Linux-based systems and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
