Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud (AWS/EKS) and edge infrastructure while automating deployment pipelines and mentoring engineering teams. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and is ideal for an experienced infrastructure engineer comfortable bridging hands-on execution with technical leadership.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure with emphasis on EKS Kubernetes clusters
- Deploy and manage non-cloud edge infrastructure for on-premise and portable equipment
- Develop and execute CI/CD automation pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and Git-based workflows
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement reliability/scalability improvements
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to development teams on infrastructure integration and best practices
- Evaluate emerging technologies and continuously optimize infrastructure tools and processes
