Senior ACAS Administrator supporting DoD enterprise vulnerability management and cybersecurity compliance across Government Enterprise Networks at Quantico. This role designs, deploys, and sustains the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution while providing technical guidance to ISSOs/ISSMs across the enterprise.
What you'll do
- Install, patch, and maintain ACAS applications and operating systems while implementing and documenting DISA STIGs across all supported network environments
- Perform daily ACAS administration including user account management, group configuration, repository management, and scan zone setup
- Assess current ACAS implementations across GEN and recommend improvements for performance, security, and operational effectiveness
- Ensure daily plugin and feed updates from DISA/DoD Patch Repository and maintain 100% asset coverage for scheduled vulnerability scans
- Troubleshoot failed or incomplete scans and provide technical support to customers experiencing ACAS and credentialed scan issues
- Maintain connectivity between Nessus Scanners, Passive Vulnerability Scanners, and Security Center platforms
- Develop, maintain, and update SOPs for each client ACAS implementation and generate operational, compliance, and management reports

This position supports the Department of Defense's cybersecurity compliance and vulnerability management operations across Government Enterprise Networks (GEN) in alignment with DISA security standards and DoD cybersecurity directives. The role directly contributes to maintaining the security posture of critical DoD infrastructure through enterprise-scale ACAS implementation and management.
