Lead Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) test and evaluation efforts for DOD through joint interoperability testing, data analysis, and certification reporting. This senior role combines technical expertise in military C2 systems with program management rigor to ensure critical DOD capabilities meet performance and interoperability standards.
What you'll do
- Conduct document reviews of requirements to produce Analysis Structures (Evaluation Frameworks and Data Source Matrices) and comprehensive Test Plans
- Serve as primary point of contact coordinating test activities across Government representatives, user participants, support agencies, and stakeholders
- Participate in test execution and manage data collection during ABMS test events
- Analyze raw test data and produce Measures of Performance (MOP) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) aligned to evaluation frameworks
- Lead Data Analysis Groups and produce Quick Look Reports, Joint Interoperability Assessments, Certifications, and Risk Assessments
- Attend ABMS Test & Evaluation Working-level Integrated Product Team (WIPT) meetings and provide technical recommendations
Mission
Supporting the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) under the Test Evaluation and Certification II (TEC II) contract to evaluate ABMS systems including Cloud Based Command and Control (CBC2), Tactical Operations Center-Light (TOC-L), Aerial Connectivity (AC), DAF Integrated Fires Command and Control (DIFC2), ABADS-MD, and Digital Infrastructure (DI)—critical battle management capabilities for DOD Combatant Commands.
