Lead a 100+ person contractor team as the single point of contact managing lifecycle acquisition, business operations, and program management for NGA's enterprise mission. This Key Personnel role demands exceptional leadership, financial acumen, and government contracting expertise to deliver on schedule and within budget.
What you'll do
- Direct and manage all tasks under the contract, serving as the Contracting Officer's Representative interface and single point of contact for the Government program office
- Oversee performance reporting, financial reporting, burn rate analysis, schedule management, and personnel administration across the 100+ person team and subcontractors
- Manage contract modifications, security deliverables, training requirements, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of all CDRLs
- Identify, escalate, and resolve significant risks and issues with mitigation plans, keeping Government stakeholders informed
- Administer financial and budget management, lifecycle acquisition support, and business operations to ensure activities complete within budget and on schedule
- Maintain accountability for subcontractor performance and integration into overall program delivery
Mission
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) relies on this contractor support across enterprise directorates including Financial Management, the CIO office, PEO Enterprise IT and Security, and Installations.
