Contracts Specialist responsible for preparation, administration, and compliance of government and commercial contracts while supporting program teams on contractual obligations and risk management.
What you'll do
- Prepare and administer government and commercial contracts with FAR/DFARS compliance verification
- Review and edit contract agreements, NDAs, and technical artifacts
- Advise program teams on contractual obligations and scope
- Assess and resolve contractual risks and issues
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external prime contractor points of contact
- Prioritize competing demands and meet contractual deadlines
