What you'll do
- Lead design, development, and deployment of complex machine learning models and statistical analyses to solve advanced operational problems
- Build predictive models for behavior analysis, forecasting, and other mission-critical applications
- Conduct advanced exploratory data analysis on structured and unstructured data to uncover trends and actionable patterns
- Develop algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, NLP, and recommendation systems optimized for SOF operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, translate requirements into projects, and communicate findings to leadership
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices in data science and machine learning within SOF organizations
- Partner with data engineers to ensure clean, accurate, and accessible data pipelines for model deployment
