What you'll do
- Oversee program execution with rigorous management of cost, schedule, and performance metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Direct and coordinate multiple subcontractors on large support services contracts, managing performance, quality, and compliance
- Lead and develop a diverse technical workforce across multiple skill sets to meet mission objectives
- Interface with Navy customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and deliver quality products aligned with sponsor objectives
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, resource allocation, and financial reporting for DoD/DoN contracts
- Assess, monitor, and mitigate program risks through established DoD risk management policies and procedures
- Plan, design, and coordinate project activities to ensure consistent execution and achievement of program goals
