Key responsibilities

- Configure, troubleshoot and maintain relevant CrowdStrike

capabilities.

- Support endpoint visibility, platform health and operational

integrations.

- Investigate technical issues and work with teams to improve coverage

and workflows.

- Document configurations, changes and technical recommendations.

Required qualifications

- Hands-on administration or engineering experience with CrowdStrike

Falcon.

- Strong endpoint security troubleshooting and systems knowledge.

- Experience collaborating with security operations and infrastructure

teams.

Preferred qualifications

- CrowdStrike APIs, scripting, deployment automation and enterprise

endpoint tooling.

Deliver accurate, well-documented work that helps the program reduce cyber exposure while maintaining operational reliability and clear accountability.
