What you'll do
- Conduct technical and substantive editing of intelligence products to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to established production standards
- Oversee consistent application of production standards across all intelligence products while improving analytic rigor over time
- Review and refine intelligence reports to meet highest standards of accuracy, logical flow, and analytic depth
- Provide constructive feedback to intelligence analysts and leadership to enhance products while fostering continuous improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing training modules focused on improving writing and analytic skills across the office
- Identify areas for enhancement in production processes and contribute to implementing improved standards and methodologies
- Support long-term strategic improvements in intelligence product quality and team capabilities
