Design, deploy, and manage enterprise endpoint management infrastructure for DHS using VMware Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune. This role optimizes mobile and desktop user experience across multiple platforms while ensuring secure access to critical government resources.
What you'll do
- Design, deploy, configure, and manage on-premise VMware Workspace ONE UEM environments including Device Services, Admin Console, ACC, and backend database integrations
- Deploy and maintain Unified Access Gateways (UAG) for edge traffic security, Per-App VPN, secure tunneling, and proxy services
- Plan, test, and execute complex version upgrades, migrations, and patch deployments with minimal operational disruption
- Administer and patch Windows Server 2022 infrastructure hosting the on-premise UEM architecture and apply security hardening baselines (DISA STIGs, CIS benchmarks)
- Diagnose and resolve escalated endpoint management issues, analyze system logs, and troubleshoot complex architectural problems
- Collaborate with IT security, NOC, IT infrastructure, and ServiceDesk teams to ensure secure access to DHS corporate resources
