Senior Navy Delivery Director role providing executive leadership across multiple mission, IT, cyber, and engineering programs supporting U.S. Navy customers. This position owns full P&L accountability, drives operational modernization, and expands both on-contract growth and new business opportunities within Navy and broader Department of War missions.
What you'll do
- Lead delivery and operational performance across Navy mission portfolios ensuring quality, schedule, staffing, cost, and customer satisfaction targets
- Manage multi-program portfolios with full P&L responsibility including budget execution, forecasting, contract performance, and resource allocation
- Drive modernization initiatives involving secure enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, cybersecurity operations, and digital transformation
- Identify and resolve delivery challenges, manage risks and escalations, and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements
- Drive on-contract growth by expanding scope and delivering value-added capabilities within existing Navy programs
- Support net-new growth through capture strategies, solution development, and opportunity advancement across Navy commands and related organizations
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering accountability, innovation, and mission focus
