What you'll do
• Analyze passive OT exposure and map operational owners for affected assets.
• Evaluate vendor guidance to develop remediation or compensating-control plans.
• Coordinate with approved vendors and operational teams to schedule remediation windows.
• Produce vendor-backed plans, safety reviews, and evidence of successful remediation.
• Follow disciplined change control and produce clear runbooks for industrial environments.
• Work within approved access levels to protect customer data and maintain auditable case histories.
• Collaborate with CSMs, testing teams, and agency stakeholders to explain findings and risks.
• Support agreed service windows, maintenance schedules, and critical on-call responsibilities.
What you bring
• At least five years of relevant experience in industrial control systems (ICS) or OT security delivery.
• Expertise in passive discovery interpretation and industrial networking.
• Proven ability to perform operational risk assessments and coordinate with OT vendors.
• Experience in industrial operational change management and field execution.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and documenting complex technical findings.
• Ability to identify dependencies and propose actions that recognize missing evidence and required approvers.
• Experience managing failed remediations, including the decision to stop, recover, or roll back.
• Strong communication skills to handle unresponsive owners and cross-agency change conflicts.
• Capability to distinguish between successful installation, validated remediation, and functional acceptance.
• A skills matrix identifying specific lanes you are qualified to lead, back up, or coordinate.
