Key responsibilities

- Maintain patch policies, exception processes and prioritization

criteria.

- Coordinate patch cycles, ownership and maintenance-window governance.

- Review compliance, overdue items and systemic remediation barriers.

- Provide management reporting and process improvement recommendations.

Required qualifications

- Experience leading enterprise patch governance or patch management

operations.

- Knowledge of risk prioritization, exceptions and change controls.

- Ability to translate patch metrics into accountable operational

actions.

Preferred qualifications

- ITIL, ServiceNow, endpoint/server patch platforms and regulated

environments.

Deliver accurate, well-documented work that helps the program reduce cyber exposure while maintaining operational reliability and clear accountability.
