What you'll do
- Lead design, development, integration, testing, and delivery of large-scale ground software and mission control systems using Neptune
- Develop backend software for MEO satellite tracking and telemetry processing
- Integrate software applications into Government-furnished systems and execute integrated system tests in classified environments
- Implement mission data processing applications to support payloads and end-user requirements
- Plan and execute validation/verification testing across components, subsystems, and spacecraft test configurations
- Mentor junior developers on development tasks, troubleshooting, and software module ownership
- Support installation and testing activities in classified operational environments
Mission
This role supports U.S. Space Force Space Systems Command's medium Earth orbit (MEO) missile tracking and warning architecture program. The work involves maintaining and enhancing command and control systems for satellite operations in support of national defense capabilities.
