AET is hiring a Tier III Product Support Engineer to sustain the Syndeo Intelligent Gateway — a DoD organizational messaging and information-sharing platform — at a classified facility in Annapolis Junction, MD. This is a fully onsite, individual contributor backfill on an active funded contract, with immediate start expected and no remote or hybrid flexibility at any stage. The role owns the technical interface between on-site government operators and AET's development and in-service engineering teams, covering Linux/Java application administration, PKI lifecycle management, software release validation, disaster recovery execution, and advanced log-file diagnostics in a classified production environment. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI with at minimum a Counterintelligence Polygraph; FSP holders are strongly preferred for immediate independent placement, though CIP-only candidates are genuinely viable with employer-sponsored FSP upgrade post-hire. The position carries one weekend on-call rotation per month. No travel beyond the primary site is required, and no relocation assistance is available.
