What you'll do
- Lead day-to-day execution and overall management of a government contract, serving as primary point of contact for contract administration
- Manage contractor personnel, assign work packages, and ensure successful delivery of all program objectives and deliverables
- Monitor and track contract performance, schedules, budgets, and resource utilization; prepare financial reports for decision-making
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and quality standards
- Coordinate across government customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and program execution
- Provide regular status updates, performance metrics, and executive-level briefings to senior leadership
