What you'll do
- Manage large support services contracts with multiple subcontractors, ensuring schedule adherence and budget compliance
- Oversee cost, schedule, and performance metrics across program lifecycle in alignment with DoD/DoN standards
- Develop and execute risk management strategies and assessments to mitigate program challenges
- Lead diverse technical teams across multiple skill disciplines while maintaining quality deliverables
- Interface directly with Navy customers to understand requirements, deliver solutions on time and within budget
- Plan, design, and coordinate project work streams to meet sponsor objectives for Navy Integrated Training Systems
- Manage financial aspects including budget forecasting, contract administration, and resource allocation
