What you'll do
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of CSOC activities through metrics analysis and case reviews
- Lead planning, organization, scheduling, and progress reporting across multiple security projects
- Optimize operational workflows for functional teams across 24/7 shift operations
- Develop and analyze security operational metrics to enhance CSOC performance and minimize organizational risk
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new security technologies and supporting infrastructure
- Serve as primary technical point of contact and Cyber SME for government personnel
- Support proposal development and RFP/RFQ responses with technical writing and solution design
