Lead enterprise infrastructure programs for a DHS customer as Program Manager, owning cost, schedule, and performance while directing multi-domain engineering teams through complex federal contract delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams (Project Managers, Network Architects, Zero-Trust SMEs, Cloud Engineers, VTC Engineers) through all program phases from concept to closeout
- Own program cost, schedule, and performance; drive risk management, contract compliance, and serve as Contractor POC to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
- Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) identifying milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements across prime and subcontractor efforts
- Plan and lead formal reviews including Weekly Status Reports, Program Management Reviews, and Integrated Baseline Reviews with comprehensive documentation
- Execute key program management activities: KPI tracking, Quality Control Plan development, staffing, subcontractor management, and complex invoicing
- Support corporate responses to RFI/RFP/RFQ efforts and serve as transitional lead for new Agile Defense engagements
