We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a major transportation organization’s cybersecurity exposure management and vulnerability and patch remediation program. Provide project coordination, administrative support and reporting for a multi-workstream cybersecurity program.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain action logs, schedules, meeting records and status trackers.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, staffing updates and deliverable
calendars.
- Prepare recurring status summaries and organize project documentation.
- Escalate overdue actions and support leadership reporting.
Required qualifications
- Experience coordinating technical projects or managed service
operations.
- Strong Excel, documentation, scheduling and organizational skills.
- Clear communication and consistent follow-through.
Preferred qualifications
- Project management tools, IT service reporting and cybersecurity
project exposure.

Deliver accurate, well-documented work that helps the program reduce cyber exposure while maintaining operational reliability and clear accountability.
