Senior Data/Intelligence Analyst supporting a federal Criminal Division's mission through data-driven solutions, business process automation, and analytics using Microsoft Power Platform and related tools.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and implement business process solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and supporting tools
- Maintain and update customer databases and processes while identifying and implementing data process improvements
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and areas of interest, then develop and present visualizations and analysis results
- Collaborate with customer internal and external stakeholders to determine requirements and automation needs
- Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc meetings, briefings, and customer activities
- Assist in designing graphics, diagrams, and charts for briefing materials
Mission
This role supports the Mission Support and Data Analytics (MSDA) Unit within a customer's Criminal Division, developing solutions to improve business processes, decision-making, and stakeholder coordination across internal and external partners.
