Senior Data Analyst role supporting a Criminal Division's mission analytics unit, developing Power Platform solutions and data-driven process improvements to enhance business operations and decision-making.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and implement business process solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and complementary tools
- Maintain and update customer databases and processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Identify, analyze, and implement data process improvements across Criminal Division operations
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights for leadership
- Develop and present data visualizations, graphics, and analysis results for briefings and stakeholder communications
- Collaborate with customer internal and external stakeholders to determine requirements and automation needs
- Participate in scheduled meetings, briefings, and customer-directed activities to support mission objectives
Mission
This position supports the Mission Support and Data Analytics (MSDA) Unit within a customer's Criminal Division, enabling the division to optimize business processes, improve decision-making through data analysis, and coordinate solutions across internal and external stakeholders.
