Lead program integration and cross-organizational execution for the Department of Defense's Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), connecting operational needs with software delivery outcomes across Combatant Commands, acquisition organizations, and technical teams.
What you'll do
- Serve as senior program and operational integration partner to A&S leadership, coordinating across Combatant Commands, JFN program leadership, Joint Staff, Services, and acquisition organizations to maintain alignment around priorities and outcomes.
- Translate strategic direction and senior-leader priorities into executable program objectives, roadmaps, integrated backlogs, and coordinated activities across ARGO, JSDT, THUNDERFORGE, ETA, and other Golden Hammer programs.
- Develop and maintain an integrated view of program priorities, dependencies, risks, and cross-organizational execution; identify competing priorities, resource constraints, and issues requiring leadership escalation.
- Create decision-ready briefings and executive options for senior Government leaders that communicate issues, tradeoffs, dependencies, and implications in clear, actionable formats.
- Establish effective operating rhythms for stakeholder communication, decision-making, and follow-through; drive unresolved issues to closure by engaging appropriate stakeholders and determining when working-level, cross-organizational, or senior decision-maker involvement is required.
- Capture recurring mission, acquisition, and execution patterns and translate lessons into reusable organizational knowledge; share field-informed insights with company leadership to inform strategic planning and mature software acquisition and delivery capabilities.
Mission
This role supports CDAO's Acquisition & Sustainment (A&S) office in accelerating software capability delivery through the Cadre acquisition pathway. The Program Integration Lead works directly with the A&S Director and engages across JFN, Joint Staff, Services, and Combatant Commands to resolve barriers and keep high-priority national security software programs aligned and executing.
