Lead the development of compelling, technically accurate proposal narratives for complex federal defense and civilian bids, translating SME expertise into customer-focused written content that wins contracts.
What you'll do
- Develop written proposal content including technical approaches, management approaches, and narrative sections requiring deep technical insight
- Collaborate with solution architects to understand and articulate complex solution designs for proposal evaluators
- Synthesize raw technical input from SMEs across multiple domains into polished, customer-focused narratives
- Ensure all proposal content is compliant with solicitation requirements, aligned with win themes, and responsive to customer mission priorities
- Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent bid efforts and tight proposal deadlines
- Apply industry best practices (Shipley, APMP) and participate in color team reviews (Blue, Pink, Red, Gold) to refine proposal quality
- Edit and refine proposal submissions for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to writing standards
