Lead technical proposal development for Federal and DoD customers as a Senior Solutions Architect at Agile Defense. This role demands hands-on proposal writing expertise—not engineering or post-award delivery—translating complex technical solutions into compelling, compliant RFP responses.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop technical content for Federal and DoD proposal responses, including RFP/RFI responses, technical volumes, white papers, solution narratives, and CONOPS
- Translate customer requirements into compliant, compelling, and differentiated technical solutions throughout the capture lifecycle
- Collaborate with Business Development, Capture, Proposal teams, SMEs, and leadership to develop AI, data, cloud, and emerging technology solutions aligned with Federal mission needs
- Participate in Pink/Red Team reviews, incorporate feedback, and drive solutions through submission
- Support customer discussions, solutioning sessions, Industry Days, and oral presentations to refine and validate proposals

Agile Defense supports the Department of Defense and Federal civilian agencies with adaptive innovation in advanced technologies. This role directly enables win of large Federal captures (10–50M) by architecting and documenting AI, data, cloud, and emerging technology solutions that address national security priorities.
