Senior Software Engineer role requiring 14 years of experience building complex, full-stack solutions in secure cloud environments. This position demands an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and deep expertise in Java, Python, AWS, and CI/CD orchestration for mission-critical intelligence applications.
What you'll do
- Design and develop full-stack solutions leveraging AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora PostgreSQL, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store, Step Functions)
- Implement corporate authentication services and caching mechanisms for secure web applications
- Develop and maintain complex software systems including processing-intensive analytics, real-time systems, and business management information systems
- Orchestrate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Github, and CodePipeline; manage artifact state and deployment workflows
- Gather requirements and design monitoring and observability tools in collaboration with team members
- Review, test, and validate software components against design requirements; resolve defects and problem reports
- Provide technical input on hardware/software trade-offs, COTS/GOTS evaluation, and requirements synthesis from system to component level
