Lead Software Engineer role developing customer-facing products for the intelligence community with TS/SCI/Poly clearance. This position demands 14+ years of complex software systems experience and hands-on technical depth across Java, Docker, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
What you'll do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems handling analytics, large datasets, and real-time processing
- Design and implement monitoring tools and customer-facing product features using Java 21+, Docker, and Vue.js
- Conduct direct customer interaction including product demonstrations and daily scrum status updates
- Review, test, and validate software components against design requirements; resolve problem reports
- Gather requirements and provide architectural input on hardware/software tradeoffs and COTS/GOTS evaluation
- Create and manage Jira tickets while integrating with low-side development tools (eVo, Greybox, Mockito) for high-side deployment
Mission
ELEVI supports intelligence modernization efforts including Report Authoring & Dissemination (RAD) initiatives. The role involves integrating with classified infrastructure (high-side/low-side environments) and supporting widespread user bases across the IC.
