What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions aligned with client requirements and organizational standards
- Optimize existing systems and codebases for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, engineers) to deliver robust solutions
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize operational disruption
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and recommend enhancements
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
