Senior-level ISSO role at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics driving cybersecurity initiatives across large-scale defense programs. You'll own technical security assessments, ATO coordination, and compliance documentation while leading cross-functional teams of engineers and security professionals.
What you'll do
- Conduct technical security assessments and contribute to security architecture for assigned systems
- Develop, maintain, and coordinate SSPs, POA&Ms, and security assessment artifacts using XACTA
- Drive IATT and ATO efforts, working with application leads, sysadmins, DBAs, developers, and testers to achieve and maintain system certification
- Implement and validate NIST 800-53 controls in cloud-native DPaaS environments using Zero Trust principles
- Support security assessment events and respond to authorizing officials, ISSMs, and SCAs on compliance questions
- Manage risks and ensure security compliance throughout the system lifecycle
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and coordinate with ISSEs, system owners, and customer stakeholders on complex security strategies
