Lead Systems Engineer to design and manage end-to-end data flow solutions for military SIGINT architectures. This role demands deep expertise in cryptologic systems and agile delivery of complex data transformation initiatives.
What you'll do
- Elicit, refine, and document requirements from military SIGINT customers and mission partners with complex, sometimes ambiguous needs
- Design and architect end-to-end data flows including transformation into standard data models, leveraging NiFi and systems integration knowledge
- Break down large SIGINT data flow initiatives into manageable tasks with schedules, work breakdown structures, and implementation roadmaps
- Manage artifacts, documentation, and scope using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) in an agile development environment
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external customers to understand tactical data requirements and collection capabilities
- Evaluate system-to-system connections and data processing architectures for Military Cryptologic Office operations
- Provide technical guidance on SIGINT data formats, tactical datalinks, and command/control signal integration
