Systems Engineer with 15+ years experience to architect and manage end-to-end SIGINT data flows, transform data into standard models, and serve as the technical liaison between customers and engineering teams in an agile environment.
What you'll do
- Elicit, refine, and document complex customer requirements for SIGINT data processing and flow architectures
- Design and schedule end-to-end data flows including transformation into standard data models (CSV, JSON, XML, PCAP)
- Serve as primary technical liaison to external customers and mission partners; conduct requirements discovery on data needs and user workflows
- Break down complex data architecture problems into manageable tasks and maintain scope from vague customer inputs
- Create and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, and work breakdown structures in Jira/Confluence
- Evaluate system-to-system connections and NiFi flow implementations for tactical data collection systems
- Contribute as key team member in agile sprints delivering SIGINT data solutions
Mission
ELEVI supports Military Cryptologic Offices and Tactical Collection Capabilities with a focus on SIGINT architectures. The role interfaces with DoD and Intelligence Community customers to translate mission data requirements into engineered solutions for military SIGINT operations.
