This role supports the ELEVI team operating in the Annapolis Junction, MD area, likely supporting NSA or broader intelligence community operations. The position involves maintaining classified cloud infrastructure and supporting distributed global users with top-secret security requirements.

In Order to Join the ELEVI Team you will need to have: You must be willing to work in the Annapolis Junction, MD, area You must have a current and active security clearance with polygraph Ten (10) years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Must be able to work Wed-Sun 2pm-10pm Hardware Experience Experience Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop Some of your day-to-day activities will include: Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
