Full-cycle Technical Recruiter managing 12-18 concurrent DoD and federal cleared requisitions across the full complexity spectrum. This is a developmental role on the path to Senior Recruiter—you own the entire recruiting process independently, build hiring manager partnerships, and grow clearance fluency while proving you can handle any hard req.
What you'll do
- Run full-cycle recruiting independently—sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing—across technical and cleared requisitions with minimal oversight
- Build and maintain direct, trusted relationships with hiring managers; provide market feedback, pipeline updates, and honest guidance without escalation
- Develop fluency in the federal clearance process, including Top Secret/SCI and polygraph-level searches, and independently explain clearance timelines and requirements
- Handle all compliance accurately (EEO/OFCCP, clearance documentation, interview records) on your own caseload with minimal corrections
- Identify and implement at least one AI-assisted efficiency into your daily workflow while applying deliberate sourcing practices to widen and diversify candidate pipelines
- Own and lead one small project per year beyond your requisition load—e.g., piloting a sourcing channel, refining screening guides, or improving intake process steps
