Lead Test & Evaluation efforts for critical national defense programs, designing comprehensive testing strategies and evaluating operational effectiveness of military IT and National Security Systems in contested environments. Ideal for experienced T&E professionals with KMI/COMSEC expertise and active TS/SCI clearance.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and document comprehensive Test & Evaluation strategies and frameworks including Analysis Structures, Data Source Matrices, and Evaluation Frameworks
- Create T&E documentation (Test Plans, operational scenarios, scripts) and strategic briefings (TCB, OTRR) addressing all system specifications and requirements
- Define and refine Critical Operational Issues, Measures of Effectiveness, and Measures of Performance to ensure thorough system evaluation
- Conduct and oversee developmental, operational, interoperability, and standards conformance testing events for military IT and NSS systems
- Collect, manage, and analyze test data to determine operational impact and ensure Key Performance Parameters are covered
- Translate complex test data and results into evaluative conclusions and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Lead working groups, teleconferences, and team collaboration; prepare monthly status reports and detailed documentation per DoD standards
